Use the Feedback or Support option inside the app when available. If you cannot access the app, contact the developer through the support contact provided on the App Store listing.
Before reporting a problem
- Calculations are estimates and may not reflect every employer rule, tax, deduction, chargeback, guarantee, cap, or exception.
- The Service Advisor tools may be unlocked for a limited period after completing a rewarded advertisement.
- Pay Pace reminders are optional local notifications configured by the user.
